I specialise in mixture of Mma and Krav Maga self-defence. So you can deal with all situations both standing and on the floor. Plus learning Avoidance & awareness and weapon defences.

My aim is to make everybody i train with so confident they can choose to walk away.


As a result of Bullying as a young man I got into Martial Arts and have been involved for over 30 years.

I was the former head coordinator for the UFC for 14 years so I was able to teach all around the world.

I am the head of a self-defence federation and have instructors teaching classes all over.

I now mainly teach Private Lessons and instructor and Corporate Courses.

If you are not necessarily looking to compete but want to be confident in your ability to protect yourself and loved ones, I am your guy.
