How do I access my instructor's group?Upon signing up for their pricing plan, it will automatically become available within the groups tab on the app or the website. For more information, visit the 'My Account' section.

How do I manage my notifications?You can manage what notifications you receive in your user settings. 1) Click Profile Photo. 2) Click Settings Cog (top right). 3) Click notification settings. 4) Choose between Push or Email notifications and adjust to your preferences.

Can I Cancel My Membership At Any Point?Yes, you can cancel your membership at any point by accessing your account settings, and we will stop taking payments. However, you will lose access to all your benefits, materials, forum, exclusive discounts, etc. For more details, visit the 'My Account' section.

How do I communicate with the athletes and instructors?You need to be subscribed to the instructor or athlete's pricing plan. Then, you will have the ability to message people within the same group as you, as well as the instructor, by viewing the members of the group. The instructor or athlete will be labelled as 'Admin.' For more details, visit the 'Instructor Enquiry' section.
